Boulder Ridge Guest House

The project will house guests who want to overnight at the Stable and participate in barn activities.

The building “floats” along side a steep ridge to minimizes the impact of the building on the landscape and provide beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding horse pastures. The design will achieve Green Built Certification.

This home cost $100,000. We chose prefabrication to expedite the construction process, save costs, and reduce stress on the horses.
