Capturing the essence of nature inside the home was our aspiration. Referencing cruciform plans from early Frank Lloyd Wright Prairie homes allowed individual spaces to have multiple exterior walls while maintaining open spaces within. Corner window walls diminish the box and open the spaces to the outdoors.

Green Features: An electric Air source heat pump heats and cools the home until temps fall below 27 degrees, then a 97% efficient forced air furnace takes over. Closed cell spray foam through out. Low VOC paints, Low E Argon filled windows, cultured stone and fiber cement board exterior, foundation insulation beyond code requirements, Heat recovery ventilator, Dual flush toilets, dimmers on lighting, ceiling fans, Large overhangs for passive solar.
